Can my vehicle be custom converted to a camper?
We currently only convert VW T5 and T6 base vans. However, if you have something else in mind please still get in touch. If we cannot help with your project, we may be able to point you in the right direction.

Can we hire one of your campers before we commit to a custom conversion?

Yes, we understand that a campervan is more than just a purchase—it’s a lifestyle! That’s why we offer a demo campervan for customers to experience life on the road, RVC-style, before committing.

Will I need a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve any vehicle or to book a build slot.

How do I choose my campervans layout and features?

Our expert design and fitting team has been converting campervans across the North West for over 40 years. We’ll guide you through the process, asking the right questions to help you choose the layout and specs that best suit your lifestyle.

Build

How long does a conversion take?
The timeline for a custom conversion depends on the design specification. We offer a complete service—from sourcing the right base van to manufacturing conversion components to order. Up-to-date lead times will be provided when you book your build slot.
Which van should I buy for a base vehicle?
If you don’t already have a base van, we recommend letting us help. We have a fantastic network within the motor trade industry. Plus, any base vehicle supplied by us comes with a 6-month warranty.

Do you help source base vans?
Yes! We’re happy to help find the ideal base van for your conversion. With our extensive trade connections, we’re confident we can source the right fit for your needs.
Can we visit the workshop during the build?
Definitely! We encourage you to visit our stylish North West campervan showroom and in-house manufacturing workshop. We’re happy to show you our current stock or give you a behind-the-scenes look at the conversion process. All visits are by appointment—please contact us to book.

Do you do external upgrades to vehicles?
Yes! We offer a range of external upgrades such as body kits and pop-top roofs for your VW campervan conversion in the North West.

Do you provide finance?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer finance options on our campervans in the North West. However, our knowledgeable team is happy to offer advice where possible on obtaining finance for your new camper.
Will you provide a warranty?
Ribble Valley Campers offers a 2-year warranty on all our camper conversions in the North West. The 2-year warranty covers the components added during the conversion. Any base vehicle supplied by us includes a 6-month vehicle warranty.
